WhoWe Are

Deluxe Supported Living Services Ltd is a UK registered company that specialises in providing quality healthcare services to our residents. Deluxe Supported Living is an innovative, responsive and professional company. We also provide various services like Independent travel Training, Healthcare Accredited vocational courses, Staffing Solutions, and Home Care Services under the umbrella of our parent company (Deluxe Healthcare Services Ltd). We have been running a successful Independent Travel Training Programme for the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham since January 2019. This is an intensive programme that helps young people with SEND to travel independently from their home to school and vice versa. The programme also builds their confidence and ability to achieve important life skills. Our supported living service is tailored to each young person.

Our vision of keeping kindness at the heart of our care underpins the ethos of our entire organisation. From our wonderful teams who care for our residents like they were members of their own families through to our senior management team – we are all here for the same reason.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity for personal development to achieve their full potential in order to live their life as independently as possible and of their choosing.

Deluxe Supported Living provides resources and accommodation for young people between 16-25 years of age, who are looked after by the Local Authority and are preparing to live as independently as is possible, based on their needs and diagnosis.

These young people are highly likely to have various disabilities such as Autism, Learning Difficulties, Down’s syndrome and Hearing Impairments yet are still able to manage their own personal care.

Deluxe Supported Living offers a sensitive environment that enables the young person to address issues pertinent to their specific needs. Deluxe Supported Living welcomes young people from diverse religious, cultural, ethnic and sexuality backgrounds including young people from the “Unaccompanied Minors” and those of “Refugee” status who may have been diagnosed with special needs.

Our Vision

People diagnosed with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) normally faced with barriers and challenges whilst trying to integrate within their community. We are driven to promote their independence, confidence, and arm them with social and life skills that will enable these young people to face any challenges they may face in the course of adulthood.

We achieve this by building a strong and supportive network for young people working in partnership with other professionals. We support them by helping them become independent with their daily living activities, encourage them to be active in their community, help with their education, and help with securing a job or apprenticeship training.
