Our Initial Assessment and Development Plan underpin the team’s work with each young person. Our assessment stems from analyzing significant life events and trauma and how these contribute to current risks. The primary focus is on reducing these risks in conjunction with practical development.

Deluxe Supported Living Services staff will work from this plan to priorities key areas of support and create initial support plans.  The Assessment and Development Plan that we provide to the professional support network around the young person is reviewed on a regular basis. This report includes an overview of risk development and details of the young person’s development within our Independence Programme.
